We want you (and your pup) to love your purchase. If not, we’re here to help.

Return window

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition received

• With all tags and original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or order number

Items sent back without an approved return (RMA) will not be accepted.

How to start a return

1. Email support@furwish.us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. If approved, we’ll send you a return authorization with instructions and a return shipping label.

3. Send the item to our returns address:
   Send the item to the return address provided by our support team.
   

Return shipping costs: If the return is due to our error (defect, damage, wrong item), we cover the label. Otherwise, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at support@furwish.us if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items

• Personalized/custom items

• Gift cards

• Hazardous materials/flammables

• (If applicable to your catalog) Perishables or personal-care items

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

• We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

• If approved, a refund to your original payment method is issued within 10 business days.

• Your bank/credit card may take additional time to post the refund.

• If it’s been 15 business days since approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at support@furwish.us.

EU customers (14-day cooling-off)

If your order ships into the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
